But first let me tell you a little about this quilt. My dad is a rock hound. He makes beautiful jewelry that my daughter and I are often the recipients of. He has passed this love onto my daughter. In fact when she was little she once brought me a metal lunch box full of rocks her grandpa had given her She had sprayed them with water. She said, "Smell this! It's my favorite sent! Wet rocks!" We still laugh at that.
