Last week I had my first Quilty Hug Sew in of the year. It was great fun and such a treat because all my quilting angels were able to come. We made a lot of progress and soon I will have more tops to show you. For now I have these two. First Spot On, you may remember the sister quilt here.
This was a free pattern with my newsletter. If you missed it, you can purchase it for only $2 in my Etsy Shop. Make sure you sign up for my newsletter so you don't miss anything else.Sherri finished binding this fractured diamond quilt. It came about when the gray, beige and black bins were overflowing. It has a wonky kind of feel because I was not very good at keeping track of which strip went where when making the blocks.
Finally Sue dove into some of our bins and got busy with the Go Cutter. She cut lots of 1 1/2" strips. Many of which will become Scrap Busting Stars. Have you joined the Challenge? If your bins are full and you'd love to turn all those scraps into beautiful quilts. This little challenge could help.
Once again if you sign up for the newsletter you will receive a pdf of this pattern. Join the fun! You know you want to.
